Singulex Billing Process

Your health care provider has ordered blood tests from Singulex. Singulex blood tests use advanced technology to measure your heart health and overall condition.

Multiple insurance companies, including Medicare and private health care companies, have established in-network coverage policies for the majority of Singulex testing.

Singulex will bill your insurance company directly for Singulex blood tests. Your insurance company may then send you an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statement.

The EOB statement is not a bill from Singulex. If you have questions regarding your EOB, please call Customer Service at 1-800-400-4344.
